Background

Fallon Kelly is the Ransom County State’s Attorney responsible for making discretionary prosecutorial charging decisions and prosecuting crimes that are charged. The State’s Attorney also represents the County in all County civil law matters. Fallon Kelly has appointed Charlotte Selland as the Assistant State’s Attorney for Ransom County.
