RSR is seeking an Administrative Assistant I.
The RSR Human Service Zone provides economic assistance eligibility determination and child welfare services to the citizens of Ransom, Sargent and Richland County. This position will provide administrative support to include: front desk coverage in the Lisbon office, payroll & accounting duties, and coordinate agency records management efforts. This position frequently interacts with the public and serves as a liaison between county, zone and DHHS fiscal operations.
To succeed in this position, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, collaboration, and decision-making skills. You will also need to be comfortable working with all types of software and database applications, with a willingness to learn new technology programs. You will keep and maintain detailed records, subject to frequent audits.
An ideal candidate for this position will be organized and able to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
You will have an eye for detail, be able to manage your time and priorities effectively and pride yourself on excellent communication skills, empathy, and being a team player.

To be considered for this role:
This position requires an Associates Degree with emphasis in office-related functions or customer service and one year of experience OR one of the following:
- High school diploma (or GED) and 3 years of customer service-related experience OR
- High school diploma (or GED) and 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
